My client, a large pharmaceutical company requires a strong, professional, experienced Administrator to join their regularatory affairs team. In this role you will be responsibible for providing strong administrative support in both a general and regulatory specific capacity. As the first point of contact for all regulatory enquiries, you must have strong administrative and communication skills. Regulatory specific duties will include: - Liasing with RA associates to prepare clearance applications
- Monitor progress of mandatory labeling changes, ensuring that RA associates comply within the required time frames
- Preparation and submission of applications for certificates of pharmaceutical products
- Identifying opportunities for systems improvements and proposing how these improvements could be implemented
General Administration Duties include but are not limited to: - Logging and tracking all incoming and outgoing correspondence with the Regulatory Agencies
- Payment and management of invoices
- Preparation of powerpoint presentations, filing and submission of compliance documentation
- Maintainence of office supplies
- Monitoring attendance of RA and compilation of attendance reports
