This leading multi-national Executive Services firm is seeking an experienced Relationship Executive to join the NSW team. Reporting to the Membership Manager, you will be accountable for the following :- - Provide outstanding customer service to existing / potential members
- Assist the team with development and growth of membership
- Assist with marketing / renewal campaigns including research and identifying new membership markets
- Evaluate and track marketing / strategic campaigns
- Maintain regular contact with existing members and retain membership renewals
- Promote product and service offerings via events, seminars and media communication
- Maintain membership database
- Contribute to team budget, KPI's and strategic plans
To be guaranteed an interview with this reputable organisation, you must possess :- - Previous experience in senior customer service / client relationship position (membership industry experience will be highly regarded)
- Proven client retention and business development experience
- Previous database management experience
- Experience in dealing with customer at the Executive / Management level
- Proven ability to work in a driven team environment
- Strong time management skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
