We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Support Officer to join the Motorcycle Insurance team. This team has set new benchmarks in customer service excellence and is consistently improving their internal processes and team performance. This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 to 18 months and will involve working with the Business Support team with providing quotes for new business, processing endorsements, cancellations, and working with direct customers as well as the dealer market. The role also involves communication with relevant stakeholders, providing timely and accurate paperwork and performing ad hoc general administration duties. To excel in this role you will bring your strong communication skills, business processing experience in a range of insurance products, a keen eye for detail and your ability to show initiative, along with your experience within a team support position. Your intermediate knowledge of word & MS Office is essential as is your time and diary management experience. Whilst not essential, a passion for motorcycles would be advantageous!
